  • We ask them to agree to a background check and for their permission to post whatever information we find about their business (desirable or not).
  • We ask them to provide a discount to site members as a “thank you” for helping to weed out the crooked service providers in their area.
  • We have the contractor fill out a contractor application to give us a start on some info to check.
  • We use phone calls, emails and  whatever means we can to verify the info on the form.
  • We scour search engines and articles to do our best to bring info to site visitors that will help them make a decision as to what service contractors to hire.
